Default Torque Specs When Changing Shocks?

I will be changing out my F45 shocks for a set of Bilstein Sports this weekend and was hoping someone could post what the torque specs are for the the components that will have to be loosened and re-tightened.

Front shock upper and lower nuts: 19 ft. lbs.

Rear shock upper retaining nut: 19 ft. lbs.

Upper bracket mounting bolts: 22 ft. lbs.

Rear lower mounting nut 61 ft. lbs.

**support the rear knuckle before removing the shock

don't squeeze the bushings too much on top, do it by visual...snug not smashed....
