Default Running rich cold

I noticed quite a bit of blackish smoke and black liquid from the tailpipes last night on start up. The car has been in the garage (mine) all winter and I have occassionally started it after doing various things..but of course I can't let it run. Last night however, pulled it out of the garage for a good warmup. My question is, do you think this is just loadup from so many fireups?

I've changed the opti, wires, plugs, belts, hoses, IAT, egr and solenoid, etc., so she should be fine for awhile. I notice some valve lash, so I'm thinking an adjustment is coming up, but other than that it runs REALLY good. Only a bit of irratic idle and the black smoke til it warms up to 100+ degrees, then smooth.

You should be okay after a few minutes. The liquid is likely just water that condensed in the pipes while the car sat around. It will be blown out or evaporated after a little driving.
