Default 1989 Instrument cluster

In the center of the cluster are two smaller displays. Left side is oil pressure and right side is battery voltage. Everything working as should be, then I noticed the right side of the cluster is dim. Doesn't matter if I turn on the lights or just parking lights it stay the same. Any Ideas?

Have you checked the light bulbs behind the panel?

I took mine out and replaced it with an autometer set. I will take a picture of the back of it tomorrow to show you what you're looking for.

On an 89 the bulbs can be removed without removing and disassembling the cluster. I removed mine to replace the bulbs anyway but the posts I observed prior to removal are correct on that fact.
