I have an 85 4+3 z-51.
I have had some fun finding out how much I can get out ofthe stock heads.
As far as I remember they are 161 intake and was it 62 exhaust. Not quite sure about exact numbers.
I have ported the heads and intake. put on large tuberunners, ported the plenum, canged to a more progressive cam (221/230 @.05 and .454 lift and 112 lobe sep)
Fortunately now the engine gives 300+ hp . I have long tube headers and catback .
The heads are the 624 and are not seen as propiate by many (included myself)for a car like corvette
