thick or thin gears ?
I just bought my first Corvette, a 1994 350 lt1 auto trans.. I am wanting to install 3.73 gears in it. Can anyone tell me if I need a thick or thin set of gears or is there anyway to tell besides tearing the rearend apart. What brand of gears would be good set to use?

If 3.07 then normal "thin " gears
If 2.59 then you need " thick " gears
On late cars the ratio should be stamped on the bottom of diff housing
