its pretty easy, couple of screws up by the windshield, and a few behind the guage trim peices. if you dont have dash speakers , thats bout it. alot of ecklers products come with directions. theres a few threads on here with pic's.

Took the dash pad off of my 89 last weekend, wasn't a problem, I had the dash bezel off and the end plastic piece that surrounds the fuse box so I could get at the screws on the ends. There’s one each side of the center defrost duct next to the windshield and 4 up under the dash on the driver’s side, just in front of the digital dash, I lifted the dash pad a little to see them. After that the dash freed right up and pull straight back and it was off. So did you find any deals on the dash pad?
