Oh man I wish you asked 2 days ago. I took my plenum & runners off yesterday and would of taken many more pictures for you.

You have to take them off in this order.

1. Passenger's side Runners
2. Plenum
3. Driver's side Runners

On mine I had to take the valve covers off & move the injector harnesses out of the way in order to gain access to the lower torx bolts on the runners. That might be the most time consuming part of it.

There are a couple of really well hidden bolts on the runners. I'll try to make an image pointing where.

The arrow on the left for the driver side runner you have to get at from the passenger's side. And the arrow on the right for the passenger side runner you have to get from the driver's side.

There is also a torx on the very rear of the driver side facing the wiper motor. That one is a real pain to get out. Once you have made certain that you have every bolt out you will want to take a rubber mallet and keep tapping on the runners. Not TOO hard, they are only aluminum!!! Eventually the gaskets will give while pulling on them.

On the plenum be careful as there is a big metal vaccum line from the brake booster that connects on the rear of the plenum. I waited until I had my plenum free so that I could move it around to get at it with a wrench. If you want to try to get it off before removing the plenum you will need a n adjustable wrench and a crows foot somewhere in the neighborhood of 15mm I think.

Good luck!
