Stripped lug - Part II

NTB was reluctant to do anything since they had mounted the tires almost two years ago. After three hours of decision making, including a call to the district manager and measuring the tread depth on the tires, they replaced two stripped studs. They also purchased and installed a new set of GM wheel locks and key.
The three hours included an hour wait for them to get the car in, decision making and parts delivery. The tech was great and showed me everything he was doing. The manager sent a female sales staffer to talk to me. She was a cutie and no, there are no unpostables. :D
Overall I'd rate their customer service an 8. I'd give them a 9.5 but no one bothered to apologize for the inconvience of the whole deal.
