Default Blow-Off Valve

Hi, i have a 1995 Coupe 6-spd with P-1SCH. The BOV is a plastic Bosch 25 mm . Is this size valve enough big ? or should it be twice ? I think i have 8 psi max boost.

I have the same car and kit. I had a problem with idle surge after the car warmed up. I have been working with Greg at BlowerWorks and he has been awesome, very nice guy, and patient too! On his recomendation, I stepped up to a larger valve. I went with the ProCharger Pro-Flow valve. It has 1 1/2" inlet and outlet. Greg had new 1 1/2" nipples welded onto my inlet and outlet pipes and sent me new hose to fit. No more surge. The car runs great. I also ordered new injectors, Racetronix fuel pump and CATS tuner from Greg. I'm going to put these on and tune it myself, with Greg's help of course. I'm doing this because I'd rather have a proper tune than rely on the FMU.
To fit the new larger valve, I did away with the coolant overflow tank and replaced it with a smaller aluminum tank from Jegs. The new tank fits in the corner of the headlight well and leaves plenty of room for the valve and hose. I also had to cut reliefs in the radiator shroud for the by-pass hose, so it would not be crushed by the hose.

I have a P600b but I don't get 8 lbs of boost so maybe this does not apply at all.

I used to have two of those Bosch BOV and recently ditched the intercoolers and went with a single Universal BOV with Greddy Type S Style Flange - Red (Type 4). No issues, but I'm a couple of lbs of boost below you.
