Top speed for stock 89

Top speed for stock 89
Can someone tell me what the top speed should be approx for a relatively stock 89 (see mods). Does anyone know how much if any having the top up/down makes in top speed. The other day i went out for a pleasure cruise-top down. Not planning on going fast, but ended up on a very deserted long straight road, no wind. It felt so good that i topped it out at 133. Is that about avg or should it be higher?

I believe youll need the top up, and somewhere between 150-160 is tops
