Default torque converter lock up
my 86 seems to shift to overdrive way to soon on side street driving, highway seems fine and drive seems fine, Seems to upshift at about 1600 rpm driving around town. Any suggestions????

about 25 mph or so

You need to adjust your TV cable on the throttle body.
