We are chasing a problem where our 1995 LT1 starts, runs for a few seconds, and then stalls - every time.
So here might be the dumbest question of the day: Does our LT1 have a Throttle Position Interface Module? If so, where is that piece physically located? And, could it be our problem?

Can't answer your specific question, but... I'd be looking at fuel pressure, if not up to snuff, suspect fuel pump and "sock", fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator. You can confirm a fuel delivery problem by seeing if the car will remain running with a minimal squirt of ether when it begins to die.
.......... It sounds like the ECM / PCM does not realize / recognize that the engine has started ... this is , I believe a function of the ESC module to report engine speed of more than 400 rpm which tells the ECM that it should allow the fuel pump to continue to run after strart-up ... the OBD I cars have a fuel pump checking pin in the ALDL that you could jumper or just hot-wire the fuel pump at the relay to see if this is your problem ...............
.......... If that's not it , I would look at the Air fuel ratio ... it may not be able to run due to a too rich or too lean condition after start ...........
Steve,
Thanks for the ether squirt suggestion. We'll give that a try next.

Robert,
We have jumpered the fuel pump, and that has not solved the problem.
Have not yet checked the Air/Fuel ratio. Will put that on the immediate list. Thanks.

Paul,
Manipluation of the throttle has no effect. It can not be "coaxed" into remaining running, and dies no matter what. I am hoping you have a couple further ideas, pending this answer.?.?
I had a similar problem with my 92. If first started out at higher RPMs-then would only start and stall. It turned out to be my fuel pressure reg. I am not sure but I think it may be similar on your year. A simple check would be to pull the vacume line and check for fuel or a smell of fuel.
I understand that there are many things that can cause this-so Good Luck!! Let us know how you make out.

Thanks for the responses so far. We are working through the list you have provided. And, to repeat the Dumb Question of the Week - can someone help us locate this elusive Throttle Position Interface Module? It was NOT on the side of the blower motor housing.
