I currently have a 3.25 diameter pulley on my blower. The small pulley is pushing way to much psi for my stock motor, what size pulley is about 4-5 psi?
Thanks,Brandon
Other options to limit the boost wouild include: limiting the revs, limiting the throttle opening at WOT, adding a boost limiting valve, or resticting the airflow to the blower.
Of these options, restricting the airflow into the blower with a passive flow restrictor is the most practical. You just need to figure out the right orifice diameter, and find a way to install between the blower and air cleaner. Something on the order of 2.25"-2.5" diameter would work.

You can download the spreadsheet at the link below and use it to determine the correct size pulley for the amount of boost you want to run.
