Alright, I pulled my fuel rail off and turn my car to the on position and some of the injectors started leaking, so I found part of my problem. Another question I pulled off my valve covers and a lot of the rocker arms were loose and one of my rocker arms was completely loose and there is not pushrod to it???? That keeps me wondering where did it go? But is there a special way to tighten the rocker arms and pushrods? Thanks, I really appreciate the help.
Déjà vu. I had a shop rebuild an clean up my old L98. They decided to take the guide plates off of the heads. Just before my deployment last year I was running it hard. Next day, sounded like crap. Took it to my current (and much better) mechanic and he picked the engine. The lack of guide plates threw, if I remember correctly, 4 rods. I hope you didn't flatten your lifter or (God forbid) your cam shaft.
let me remember...a stock 1990 should have 22lb/hr at 43psi? if your new injectors flow more than this you're going to have a rich condition. speedy density while less restrictive than mass air is a bit more touchy. which injectors did you buy and what do they flow at your fuel pressure?
actually
it's possible you're hearing the injectors, some of them really tick/clack
can you identify where it's coming from?
Ok my fuel pressure is 43psi give or take. It's still slow to acceleration and have no idea. And another thing I experienced today is when I floored it, would not shift into the next gear and it started smoking out of exhaust. I slowed down and pushed on gas slowly and it shifted fine, kind of lost on what to do now?

did you smell clutch? that almost sounds like a slipping clutch and the smoke coming from under the car
the internal health of your engine needs to be tested at this point via a compression or leak down test. didn't i mention this before? ahh i can't remember. anyway checking compression is step 1 when you're troubleshooting engine problems that stump you. basically it's compression, spark, timing, fuel.
Clutch shouldn't be smoking since it's an automatic - if those clutches are smoking then you've really done toasted the trans and it'll stink!
First - what COLOR is the smoke? Whiteish, grey/blue tinted or black?
My guess is that you're dealing with either a big vacuum leak, a blown headgasket or an ignition problem (not enough spark to light the fire under load - could be anything such as a bad coil, wire, plugs or module - going to have to test them one at a time)
Well the smoke is gray, only when I floor it, other than that it runs fine. I did fix up my vac lines, but I could have put them in the wrong place. I did time the engine to 6degrees BTDC at idle according to other posts.
Well I feel like an idiot but I found my problem.. I was going around checking my fuses cause my radio stopped working and as I was checking it my Inj 1 fuse was blown, I replaced it and the car runs way better and is a million times better, it shifts smooth and no issues. Thanks guys for all the help. My mpg is a little low, I'm getting about 7mpg, dunno if it's me flooring it constantly or something else is wrong. But anyways thanks again for all the help.
