Default Do I need to re-program ECM???

I finally got the 96 GS back together. It starts, idles, and runs pretty good as far as I can tell. It is definately stronger than stock.

The engine mods are; Accel 300+, MSD wires, open-lid, K&N, Holley 52mm TB, ported intake, ported LT4 heads, GMPP hot cam, Hooker shorties, flowmaster cat back.

The question is: do I need to have the PCM re-programmed?

If it will get me even more power then I have no problem doing it, but, it is running very good now. Of course I could be wrong, since I have not driven the car in over a year. The only issue that I have noted is the exhaust has a slight rotten egg smell. I have heard this can be caused by running lean.

There are currently no DTC's being set or any other PCM problems. Any advice would be appreciated.
