Default 88 bogging down

Ok I've cleaned the TB and MAF and still have this problem. The injectors have about 30,000 on them. It hesitates and from about a 30 mph kick down it boggs down and acts like it's starveing for gas. It's an 88 with TPI I haven't changed the gas filter yet because I haven't been able to locate it?

start with fuel filter it is on the right side, go under the car behind the front tire by the frame rail and look up. or follow the fuel line leading to the front of the engine.
If that is not it then test the converter.
