PS return line position
Greetings!
I've been trying to get the power steering line and pump hooked up for the longest time on my '93 coup. Just doesn't seem to want to line up to get the bolts started. I'm wondering if I got the wrong model, or something on the last rebuild. The return line connects with a rubber tube connected with hose clamps to a rigid line that runs over to the right side of the engine to the resivor. Pump on the left, resivor on the right. It may be that the rigid line is supposed to be secured, and mine has lost it's fastener. Can you tell me where it might be? Also. The where the rubber hose connects to the rigid line is right next to a tensioner pulley. Does that line run inside, or outside of that pulley? In other words, closest to the water pump, or on the other side of the pulley, away from it? Your help solving this mystery appreciated. I looked in the manual, found diagrams, but it's still unclear to me how it goes.
