Default 85 - Running/Fog light question

Hey Guys,
A buddy of mine has a 1985 Vette and we are trying to figure out how to gain access to the running lights. The drivers side lense can be pushed in (from the front) on one side as if whatever attaches it is loose. How do you get in there? What has to be removed?
Thanks!!

If you are talking about the side turning lights, its a couple bolts at the top and then slides out of the tabs on the underside. If you are talking about the fog/park/turn signal. Bumper has to come off.

Jon,
Yeah I mean the ones on the front that are skinny rectangular shaped. So the bumper has to come off huh? Damn... that sucks. :(
Thanks!
