How do I remove PCM cover?

How do I remove PCM cover?
I just wanted to ask before I end up breaking something.
I removed the 3 10mm nuts that hold the PCM case to its bracket.
Looking at the PCM case, I see about 4 red plastic 'tabs' on the top and bottom of the side that faces the firewall. I also see 4 tiny nuts holding the plastic end (that faces the firewall). What do I need to do to get this thing open?
Also, what do I need to do with these red plastic tabs on the firewall side?
Any other advice would be appreciated. BTW the negative on my battery is disconnected just in case
