? removing 6spd shifter

Default ? removing 6spd shifter
Any body know how to remove shifter from transmission?

From under the car, pull back the rubber boot. There is a lock ring that you need to push off the drift pin. Then punch the pin out. Once the pin is out the shaft will come out. This is all after you disassemble everything from the top.
