Hard Start code 44
Hello
Have rebuilt a 1991 vette to stock specs. Did however gut all cats and removed air pump. New injectors installed(stock flow from FIC).
Now have to help it get started w/ throttle( the iac is screaming for air and if i do not help it starts for two seconds then dies)
and after warming up it settles down to a decent 750 rpm idle. But then a code 44(lean) code is displayed. Curious if these incidents are related? What is the problem and how do I fix it? Have gone through the minimum idle reset.
