Bizarre ICM problem solved after removing Delteq.
Just in case this can help someone else, I removed my Delteq system and put the ignition system back to stock after my opti died and was getting codes 41 and 42 on and off. Turns out the pins in the Delteq harness stretched out the sockets on the ICM connector, creating a poor connection situation. I even went through a few ignition modules, thinking they were bad before giving the sockets a squeeze after I killed the engine wiggling the connector. All better now
