WHERE TO CHECK COOLING FAN MY 1989 ....IS NOT COMING ON AUX WILL COME BUT NOT MAIN??FAN WORKS-WHEN BENCH TESTED..

Do a search of the C4Tech sticky and find the link to the headlight repair thread. You may need new (nylon) gears.
Look behind the information center display in the A/C bezel. See what you're getting to the horn relay.

Main Fan - Did this three days ago...one the driver's side wheel well, between the wheel and the battery, there are two relays screwed to the wall. Mine was the one closest to the wheel. $12 and it fixed mine right up.
As for the headlights, I fixed that last weekend. Buy bushings and gears on Ebay for like $17 per side, $39 for both sets including s/h.

Which relay? When I first changed mine out, guessing, I changed the one on the fan shroud - wrong one. Then figured out it was back by the master cylinder and had to guess between the two there. The other is AC High Pressure switch.
