Fuel System Upgrades
Before tonight i was completely unaware the ZR1's came with twin pump sending units.
This has me thinking. I know I REALLY should either fuel cell it or find a tank to sump & swap but if i was primarily concerned about fuel delivery/return would one of these units supply enough fuel for say...a 427 that is ~600hp? I only require 7psi at the carb and i know i will be required to run a MONSTER return line to bypass all that extra fuel.
A few other members and i last had serious discussions in my old BBC thread when i was head deep into the project before shelving it for ~4 years. I haven't forgot most of the info but i'm toying with different ideas as to how to tackle old problems.
thoughts/comments/criticism/"oh here we go again"/"he'll never get it done"/etc is welcome. lol
