Lean idle misfire
OK, egr was changed old one was shot, no vacuum leaks, fairly new plugs & wires all tight and injectors good. Could this be coil or ICM?

Try adding alittle propane through the pcv valve, if it smooths out any then you probably have dirty injectors. Have them cleaned, if you have em cleaned on the car make sure they do a double dose, meaning running on 2 cans of cleaner instead of one.
