Keyless entry troubles!
on my 93 , basically the key fob that locks and unlocks and sets alarm, doesnt work, it will set the alarm, but it the locks only half engage, maybe new fob battery? the electric locks when used manually almost always work, anyone had this trouble? :crazy:

On my 96 my fob will not unlock the drivers door, the hatch button works and the pass. side works. All work manually when I slide the lock switch. Let's see if anyone can help us.

I have a similar though opposite problem. When I use the FOB, both doors will unlock completely. But when I use the button on the door itself, the passenger side door lock will only move a little bit. I have to keep releasing and then toggling the switch again to get the door to completely unlock. I've taken the door apart and lubricated the lock components, but it didn't help. Even when I'm inside the car, I can use the FOB to unlock the passenger side door and it works fine. Very odd. The only thing I can think of is that the FOB is keeping a contact closed longer then the door swtich does. :(

Mine will lock and unlock the doors by pushing the button also will open the hatch. BUT when I walk up to the car it freaks out on its own and the door locks start to lock unlock lock unlock lock unlock and so on and so on. All with the horn beep in Rhythm with the door locks. Its really a pain, wife thinks its funny. So my remote is hide well away from my car. Make me happy I spent the 90 bucks to buy it. :mad :smash: :crazy:
