As stated above, take the blend door motor off.
Next insure that the blend door moves....use your fingers..should easily rotate.
Then with the motor housing in your hand and with the electrical connector on it....select 90 on the temp controller and see if and when the motor rotates to. Then select 60 and see where it rotates to.
Then you will need to match the motor assembly shaft position to the blend door position at one of the two temp settings.
Will take a few tries to get it aligned....and you may have to remove the motor assembly cover to adjust the shaft position if it has over-traveled.
