Physically it will fit in the wheelwell, but you would need the proper backspacing and offset to have it fit correctly.
I think for '87 you would need a spacer, but I don't know what size.

It all depends on the wheel. Proper offset and backspacing will not require a spacer. I am running 265/35 front and 295/35 on the back no spacer and no scrubbing. Plenty of room on the front. The offsets for the 84-87 are not the same as the 88-96.
