code 33 is MAP signal voltage high which indicates low vacuum--code 45 indicates the o2 sensor is "seeing" rich exhaust. That said low vacuum to the MAP would cause a rich condition, meaning code 33 could be causing code 45 possibly. I'd start by being sure MAP vac. hose is connected-none of the hoses /lines are split /cracked to the MAP and that you have a good vacuum signal to the MAP. If you have good vacuum the MAP itself may be bad. Does the engine idle smooth-is it missing? The code 42 (ECT circuit) COULD be related to you having the dist. out as you said or may be a faulty ICM. Did you at any time have the ign. key on w/dist. removed?
Your FSM should lead you step by step through fault tracing--you'll likely need a VOM and Scanner. My point is I'd chase the MAP/vacuum problem first-- once that is repaired--clear the codes--drive it and recheck-the other may not come back.
BTW hmmmm-- just looked at your profile-I had assumed the Vette was stock a radical can cause low vacuum and/or any sort of vacuum leak would cause a weak vac.signal to the MAP
