I have used a local guy here in Florida to rebuild one in my Dodge truck, no problems with the work. I only have his e-mail, his name is Louis. Good luck.
Autpartswarehouse.com has them.
Napa and Autozone have them, but are pretty expensive.
SIA will rebuild yours, but you have to send it in and there is a 3-4 week turn around.
Having had a 92 and 93, the ECM's that you buy that are rebuilt, are not rebuilt very well. Heat soak is a major problem with our ECM's and since they do not test the ECM's under duress, they don't find parts that do not work right when hot. This is my theory and since I went through 3 ECMs, I feel I am correct, that and I called SIA and asked them.
Do your self a favor and when you get your new ECM, wrap it up in something heat resistent.
