I bought an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a new diaphram that goes underneath it. Where do these little circular rubber rings go??? and which side does the diaphram go in?
I believe that the "O" rings are part of a universal installation kit. Eckler's doesn't know exactly which year this will be installed on, therefor they give you several different size "O" rings. If you have to actually remove the entire regulator from between the fuel rails, the "O" rings would replace those that seal the tubes from the rail to the regulator.
If you only have to pull off the top of the regulator to replace the diaphragm you will not use them. When you take the top off....look to see which way the diaphragm is placed in the unit and duplicate this with the new one.
