oil leaking
I just bought few weeks ago a 1989 vette from the original owner with 44000 miles on it. The owner said that it had a manifold leak on top of the engine from using synthethic oil( mobil 1) . This doesn't make any sense to me that he had to have the gaskets change on the intake manifold twice. Any "takes on this? Thank you.

Read this from a former forum member who found out switching to synthetic was a mistake.
