Steering rack has a clunk in it when i move steering wheel back and forth. Is this a common failure? Is there any fix except changing the rack, also, can someone tell me what size socket I need for the rear hub nuts?
Thanks
Tim

Sure its from the rack and not the u-joint on rack arm?
Also check you tie rod ends for play, those could cause play and make noises

If you are talking about the big axle nut IIRC its 36mm (I'll double check tonight)
If you are talking about the torx bolts holding the hub to the spindle IIRC its T55
