Default After market shocks

I feel every tiny bump when driving my 93 (64k miles). The CD player skips constantly due to the rough ride. Anyone found shocks that significantly improves the ride? :nopity

I am just now changing out my stock bilstiens on my 95 w/50,000 miles. I am installing the Edelbrock IAS shocks. Although my CD player dosn't skip I would prefer a better ride, but retain the handling quality. I know everyone has there favorite shocks, and I know the Edelbrock's are pricey, but there valving is the key to a better ride. Just my 2 cents.

I'll drop you a line after I finish.

Oh yea, Edlebrock offers a 30 day money back satisfaction gaurantee. So if I don't like them I'll just take them back.

This is asked about once a week but here goes. KYB Gas Adjust are good all around shocks. Not the best for racing or auto cross but a good ride for around town and highway use. I am happy with the ride they give. Cost about $39 each.

AC Delco Performer's are only $35 each. I have no complaints. They are a nice ride. I looked at kinds of shocks and decided to stay with AC Delco,

What suspension do you have?? Might not be the shocks if you don't already have the FE1 setup. My 93 isn't too bad, but I have had a rougher ride in other cars. I'll be taking out the Bilsteins in another year and installing some aftermarket shock for better autoX duties as well as street driving. Koni adjustables or QA1's. :seeya

From what i understand the rear konis cant be adjusted while in the car due to the adjustment **** being on top of the shock. Seems impractical to buy an adjustable shock that you cant adjust conveniently. just speculation.
