Default Exhaust For 1996

Hey everyone. I've narrowed down my choices of which mufflers to get. I like the sound of Flowmasters but I don't like the look of the tail pipes. I would also have to have a shop weld the mufflers on so I decided to go with these
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Magna...item2c53e0b908. They said that you can install them yourself so I was wondering has anyone every installed them? I would need to cut the pipes so what would be the best tool for the job. I have a hack saw and a reciprocating saw. The price on E-Bay is $468 but does anyone know where I can get them cheaper. Also, how difficult would they be to install? I have so experience with cars but the hardest thing I've ever installed were Hooker Headers on my 1988 Monte Carlo SS. Please give me some ideas. Thanks, Ed

You may want to look at this thread first. If you still want them after reading that, Corvette Central has them cheaper, link.

Corvette Central also has Magnaflow OEM style mufflers with LT tips and standard hangers for $199 per pair.

I put the dual outlet set on my 1989 over 5 years ago. They look and sound great.

Mufflers are easier than headers. I used a hacksaw and rubber hammer.

AutoAnything.com has them and you can save 15% off the order and get free shipping if you use this Tell-a-Pal discount coupon they gave me when I bought my Corsa Catback a couple weeks ago. Coupon expires 30 June I believe.

Hope you can take advantage and save some $$$.
