Air Filter
Where can I just get a plain paper air filter? I went to a chain store and they had Frams but there wasn't a part number for my 1996. Does anyone know where I can buy one or are they just by internet or dealer?

What store were you at ?
Use O'Reiley's, Carquest, Napa, or a local speed parts shop.
I would purchase a K&N performance air filter.
Costs more to purchase but you can clean it yourself at home & re-oil indefinite with a "K&N filter recharger kit."
Others will chime in with part3's for your 1996 C4.
