Car: 1991 Z07
Other mods done to the car so far:
Main catalytic bypass
Magnaflow cat-back
Removed frisbee
Just changing the manifold to a miniram with no other changes, i.e. still stock cam, knocked approximately 0.8 to 0.9 seconds off of my 0-80mph time as recorded by Datamaster. Just thought I would share the results. Unfortunately, a bad day turned into a good day. See next post.....

No. It was raised to 5500 from 5000. According to the torque curve it probably has another 100-200 rpm in it but it also has 105000 miles on it with original valve springs and bottom end.
