STAY AWAY FROM ZEX!!!! I can't emphasize this enough. They hit the market a couple of years ago with their import kits. Very shoddy R&D work and wholly unreliable operation. I've seen more blown up Hondas, Acuras, and Mitsus than I care to talk about because of these kits. Stick with NOS, NX, or TNT.

Hmm... You sure it wasn't related to ricer's trying to run 75-125hp on a POS 4banger? I read about those 'issues' too. But thats just simple ricer-logistics.. (Stupidity).
:D
Yes, I'm sure that wasn't the problem on most of the applications... But it was on some. BTW: Be careful about what you say regarding some 4-bangers... I HATE them, but the great majority utilize technology and machining techniques that make our domestic motors look like shemp!! But, bottom line is; stick with a well-known kit that has a good following. You won't be disappointed in the NOS or NX systems.

I agree. Look at the Honda S2000. It has the highest Volumetric Efficiancy of any production car in the world. The Japanese are kicking our asses with their variable cam timing DOHC technology and all I hear from the LS1/6 camp is whinning about how it's too complex and expensive. If the LT-5 had that kind of technology it would be making over 500hp from the factory right now.
You know, Cam, I've really begun to like you....But I have a new enemy on here; it's in the ECM tuning section under EGT to tune A/F. As you know I'm a firm believer in EGT's!! :blueangel:
