I suppose you could put on a supercharger, better intake, headers and exhaust. It would not be cheap but you should get some good power gains. To get the most out of it you would probably want to do heads, cam, etc., and also beef up the tranny, brakes, suspension, and rear end, and get wider wheels and tires at the back end. A lot of money. Or you could buy a C5 Z06 that has already been modded.

Headers and a good custom tune can probably net you about a 10% gain in horsepower. From 300 to about 330. Many tuners that tune with dyno's will say something like this guy said:
I've got a ton of dyno sheets from tunes we've done. The answer is that it varies greatly and it depends on how spot on the tune was to begin with. I've seen gains from 10HP to 50HP at the wheels, and similar amounts of torque. When people ask I quote typical returns are between 15 and 30HP and similar amounts of torque.
Take his claimed 15-20 at the wheels and add another 10-15 for headers and you're right there.
