I felt like I jumped into swimming pool because of too much sweat !!

the lovely TB ...

Drained the coolant...I think I didn't have to that cuz when I unbolted the water pump bolts too much water came on there , but anyway I'll put new coolant

This coil annoyed me while trying to pull the water pump , Does anyone remove it ? Does it need to be replaced with a new one ??

I stopped the work , the crank pulley bolts wont come out , when I try to open them , the pulley moves to the same direction , I needed another wrench but I didn't have , so will continue the work tomorrow .

Any idea how long its been on the car?
Have you checked the windings with an ohm meter?
You don't have to move it to get the waterpump back in.
For the damper pulley I had to put the car in gear with the rear wheels on the ground to get enough resistance to pull them the first time. Also anticipate needing to use a block of wood, hammer and a helper to get it off. Do not remove the center hub bolt!

I don't know how the ac delco coil looks and I don't know how long this one have been on the car , do you have a pic of it ?
how to check the resistance ? how much it should be ?
I'm uploading some updated pics now...
do I need to remove the alternator ??
Does anyone have a pic of how the wires go to plugs in the driver side ?

I take it you didn't take a pic of how they where routed..I know its a bitch to do, prollyn why I haven't changed them yet...the manual prolly has a pic..

I assume you mean the Drivers side because changing the wireson the passenger side is easy.
You will get several different opinions on how to do this, I can only tell you what worked for me.
Disconnect the battery - post
Remove the serpentine belt
Then...unbolt the ASR module from the inner fender well and move it out of the way. Then disconnect thealternator and remove it.Unbolt the air conditioner and lay it out of the way. You don't need to disconnect the hoses. Just lay it on the radiator.
You will then need a puller to remove the pully from the power steering pump. Unbolt the Power stering pump and slide it forward. This will now give you complete access to the wires.
The problem is that the wires run between the PS pump and ps pump bracket. IT's difficult to get to the wires without this step Good luck

Just a tip to speed up the job, leave the power steering pump in place - then CUT the ignition wires going behind that bracket. When installing the new wires go UNDER that bracket. Remember that the factory did it their way to make it easier on the assembly line - once the engine is already in the car there is no reason to duplicate the factory routing.

If you can't find it I saw a post recently with the info.
There is a grey and black connector that plug into the coil.
If you don't know how long its been there and a replacement is available where you are - go ahead and replace it.
For your plug wires, take the black plastic piece by the A-Arm out of your way. It is easier loosening up the power steering pump but you DO NOT need to do it. thread one wire at a time and it will go fairly smooth.
