Smell fuel inside ?
This started last fall before I put my '96 away for winter. Ocassionally I can smell fuel inside the car. Or sometimes after I shut it off. Checked engine, and fuel lines back to canister. Did not view lines into canister but nothing dripping. Did not check lines to tank. Smell is not real strong, but definity noticable. Car runs great. Any ideas would be appreciated. Not for sure on your 96 but...on all the earlier years the fuel vapor line from the fuel tank to the charcoal can has a small section thats rubber. It's behind the left rear wheel. It's common for that to crack and then you smell fuel. Hope this can help.
