Body color top question???
What kind of glue/epoxy can I use to rebond the fiberglass top back to the aluminum frame that it's mounted too. The original owner of the car had an accident so to speak with the solid top, he drove off without bolting it in and out it came...only thing that happened is it caused the top to come partially loose from the frame. Luckily I have the glass top and it's in perfect condition. But I want to fix the solid top, since I really hate the glass ones. I removed the entire fiberglass piece from the frame to see how it was bonded on there, it was just some green colored epoxy type stuff. Nothing too fancy any ideas what I can use to redo it???

Lp, I would think the quarter panel epoxy would work also. You should be able to get it at any automotive paint supply co..If not I would use a product called MarineTex.. It is a 2 part epoxy they use on fiberglass boats. There was a guy I worked with once that drove a tow truck..well he put a Lotus Espirit on in the backwards position and the fiberglass hood blew open on the back of the truck and destroyed the hinge area.. we used the Marinetex to put it back together..worked and sanded well.. just my .02

Cool I will give the body shop a ring and see what they are using and if I can just get a little from them. I know West Systems marine epoxy is really good as well. But I hate to buy a huge amount when I only need a little....
