Where is the "horn relay" on the '94 LT1 located? Is it under the hood or
under the instrument panel/dash? Thank You
unhook the plugs connected to horns. push one or both horn buttons, if you have buttons, and the relay will click if it is working. you will hear it. on 91 it is under the panel under glove box, one of three.
I replaced mine because I was under there for something , even tho it clicked 42 times in a row. problem was in the horn grounding wire under air bag.
if horns works when VATS is on, it is not the horns nor relay. can also check all dash lights and relays in CCM, but I don't know how to do that in a 94.
tip: not likeLy that both horns are defective. you have two fuses, most likely, but if VATS works, they aRE OK.
