Correct Size Throttle Body ?

Default Correct Size Throttle Body ?

Doing upgrades this Fall going from stock to XFI268 Cam,AFR 190 Heads and Long Tubes.I don't have a clue what size Throttle Body I need.Stock is 48 mm .And a recommendation on Injector size.

Stock may be OK. Next step is 52mm.

Since you seem to be looking at around 380-400 crank horsepower and torque probably in the 425-450 range I'd think that your stock 48mm should be OK. It's capable of around 750 CFM and that's good for at least 450-475 HP. If you go to a desktop dyno program and plug in a 58mm vs the 48mm the big one is about 2HP less. Torque would take a small hit as well.

That's kinda what I figured. I learned a long time ago that Bigger is NOT always best.
