Need a new flywheel and don't want to put up with the rattling of a single mass. Anyone have any idea how much GM dual mass flywheels go for (Jeff Kopp quote or something)? Also, is Jeff Kopp the go to man for such a thing, or is there a cheaper source. Thanks!!!

Re: How much do DUAL MASS FLYWHEELS go for??? (365ZUM)
Make sure you are sitting down before you read this:
If they haven't changed since last time I looked they should be in the $600+ range for a new GM dual mass.... Just checked the website for The Last Detail and they have them listed for $782.
Quite a while back, Callaway sold "take off" dual masses from their converted cars for a fraction of this cost. Doubt you'd have much luck with that now but it might not hurt to check their website.

Thanks for the offers guys. I may take one of you up on it, but I want to find out if it would be better to have a low mileage, non-turned flywheel, or use my flywheel (68k miles) and have it turned while my car is at MORE perf. I'll get back with you. Thanks again!!

I looked one up for my 92 GM I work at the dealer and my cost on one was 600 and something. List on it was like $1,000  You guys selling the Used flywheels do they have hot spots on them? I'm going to be doing my Clutch as soon as my Center Force comes so When I get my car apart and I see how bad the Flywheel is I might need to buy one off of one of you guys. You guys with the flywheels for sale please send me an IM with the price and the condition of the flywheel. Thanks
