Default heated o2 sensor help

i have a 383 that is being tuned, but my tuner recomends heated o2 sensors, even though i only have short headers. anyway, i figure he knows more than i do. i really need help finding the plug and play harness to be able to convert this with my 1993 vette. does anyone have harnesses for sale? or could someone find me one because i need to order this stuff so my tuner is not on hold. I found the harnesses last night for 45 shipped for both, but didnt know if i wanted to go through with it. now i am sure that i want the heated order, and cannot find the harness without it being sold with o2 sensors. if anyone can help me, thanks

Personally if you only have shorties I wouldn't bother.
Most only have O2 cooling off problems with long tubes

Nothing is going to be PnP as you are going to have to splice into a 12V supply somewhere and fix a ground wire somewhere for the heater element regardless of what harness you get.

have you already got a heated O2 sensor to use?
If so harness plug needs to match that on sensor

You can get the 3 wire pigtail at Pepboys. One hot, one ground, one for the ecm signal.

When I added one to a firebird, I just cut the connector off the new sensor, crimped on the connector I cut off the old sensor (onto the wire thats a different color from the other two), and crimped on the hot/ground wires.

No I haven't bought them yet. Wasn't sure if it would be worth it

Check with Greg @ blowerworks he has a heated o2 kit with a harness. Not exactly plug and play but great instructions and harness is terminated right where the wires need to be.
