C4 to C5 Brakes?

Front brakes require a new abutment bracket to move the calipers.
Calipers may or may not fit under your existing wheels you don't mention what year your car is.
Rear brakes in that kit are not an improvement on stock c4 rear brakes.
Also there is no provision on those for the parking brake if you have a year that moved the parking brake to the caliper
Why do you want to spend $1K - $2K on these???

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
You will need a pair of C5 abutment brackets, a pair of C5 calipers (Z06 calipers are the same as "regular" C5 calipers, just painted red!), C5 rotors, c5 brake pads, and necessary bolts, guide pins and anti-rattle clips. Flex lines for your year C4 (1986??) will attach the C5 calipers, just use new copper crush washers.
Figure on $600-$700 for all the parts.
It would be a good time to get new flex lines, and go with the stainless lines from Goodridge or Earl's. Stay away from the Russell lines.
You will need a custom brake bias spring in the master cylinder to offset the greatly improved braking in the front. Doug Rippie Motorsports has these springs for about $20 shipped. Make sure you get the one for your year of C4.
Do a complete fluid flush using a good DOT3 fluid (Castrol LMA, Valvoline, or even the Ford Motorsports HD fluid) for street use or a DOT4 fluid (ATE Super Blue or ATE TYP200, or even Motul 600) for autocross or track days.
According to your profike, it looks like you already have larger wheels. The C5 conversion requires a 17" wheel up front.
The '86 C4 rear brakes will work as is but you should upgrade to a performance pad and new rotors. Hawk HPS pads in the rear work well with C5 Z06 pads up front.

C4 J55 brakes - adequate for 15 min time trial sessions on Road Atl, CMP, Roebling, VIR, NCCAR, Barber. Longer sessions = bigger brakes.
Willwood = same points as C5 conversion
Willwood is the winner there.
Hoping to have enough pennies in the mod jar to get a set for next year. Sold off my c5 abutment brackets. I'll hold onto the calipers for the wifes 2004 coupe.
