Default Tech 1 data advice needed on these settings

Just started playing around with a Tech 1 and learning as I go.

Firstly 89 vette, zz4 cam and after market chip(Brian Harris) attached to ARAP prom
Do I need to remove the after market piggy back chip prior to adjusting settings then refitting?
These are the current readings and I have pulled....also fuel consumption excessive.
Some I relise are incorrect, like the tps, blm etc so need correct settings and how using the tech these are adjusted?
So far:
Engine warm and idling in park
Spark advance 18
idle 780
oxy sensor 200-680 mv
inj pulse 2.0-2.11 mv (bosch 111 injectors)
TPS 0.60 (LV8 56-58) ( 0.58 with ignition on only)
mAF 8.8
AIRFLOW 8.

BLM 123-130..(integrator) block learn 121
(BLM ignition on only.128 fuel integartor block learn 128 rsi)
open loop BLM block learn cell..8 cell rsi

Ignition on only.

Iac 160
Battery 11.2 v
fuel pump volts 0.0
mat/int air temp 108f
spark advance -4
inj pulse 1.9msec
closed lp block learn cell 0

I don't believe you can
The Tech 1 can only read data / clear codes or monitor some points.
The tune on the chip has to be reprogrammed on our cars with the removable chip

Thanks Rod,
Can you tell me what readings above need to be adjusted?
Might be better to go back and use just the arap prom, and adjust ?

You have my email address.I have the gear to program chips if you know what settings you want changed.Would be interesting to see what changes your tuner has made

BLM is irrelevant except when engine is in closed loop.
You really need the reading from when car is being driven to determine what is happening with fueling

FWIW
I ran the ZZ4 cam with a stock ARAP tune for many years.
It wasn't until I started data logging I found that I had knock counts ( nothing was audible ) going through 3K WOT that was pulling timing out
All I did was reduce the timing in that area ( ARAP has very aggressive timing ) and the knock counts went away.
