Any good shops in Hampton Roads?
A little background:
1996 LT4, misses under load (1/4 or more throttle) under 2000 RPM. No codes. Replaced wires, plugs, opti, coil and ICM. Even replaced injectors. No joy, still misses.
I took it to Virginia Speed after new opti, wires and plugs and they diagnosed it as a secondary ignition miss. Ok, so I replaced everything again after that visit (primary side: plugs, wires and secondary side: coil, coil wire, icm [if those are in fact the two sides]) and it still misses. I've replaced every ignition component I can think and then some. I'm done throwing money at it until I can find exactly what's wrong with it. Does anyone have any new ideas or know of another shop that can work their magic and tell me exactly what's wrong with this thing? If not then it'll find itself on Craigslist in short order. I've had this problem going on two years and it has about run it's course. Thanks.
