Hi I'm trying to check ohm's on TPS ? Anyone know how to do this? I have 1991 corvette

Gonna check VOLTS? Not sure about the 91 but my 85 is set at .54 volts. Easy process, just put one lead of your dvm on the top wire of the connector, then the other on the second wire of the connector. Kinda takes 3 hands or some ingenious thinking to keep the leads on and adjust the TPS.

Search for TPS setting or use your FSM.

Check voltage between the top 2 wires. It should read approx .5V at closed throttle and > 4.5V at wot.

The voltage for the 1991 is set (just like my 1990) due to the fact that it is a Speed Density set up and NOT MAF. My 1990 was .72 volts and my FSM states between .36 and .96 volts but no way really to get down that low or that high as there is NO adjustment on the TPS.

Yes and no. You cannot adjust it unless you hog out the bolt holes to make slots.
